Loretta's Roses

My neighbor knows how much I love to paint flowers and she often picks a few for me. The colors in these were so beautiful that I just had to paint them before they wilted. I put them in my favorite little Rookwood vase handed down for two generations before me. The little white flower was actually a gardenia but I painted it more like a rose.

This painting has been framed. Photo of it with frame coming soon.
